「一般社団法人しん」さん 訪問報告

昨日の夕刻、一般社団法人しんの代表である、本間さんを訪問しました。医療福祉の分野で働いていたとき、既存の法律の枠で行われている日本の福祉に対して様々な疑問を抱き、その後退職し、ご自身自ら法人を立ち上げられ、現在は、障害を持つ方の地域での「役割」を焦点にあて活動されています。
本間さんの理念には、私も深く共感させて頂き、時間があっという間に過ぎてしまいました。
アメリカのカリフォルニア州での研修のお話などは、とても新鮮で、驚きと興味関心が混ざり合って、少々興奮さえ覚えた次第です。
是非今後も協働という形で、ご一緒したいと思った訪問となりました。
本間さんをはじめ、ご挨拶頂いた地域自立センターみちのスタッフの皆様、お時間どうもありがとうございました。

■ Portugues Estes dias começi de fazer uma atividade que investigar un campo de saúde em minha cidade,Nagoya.A razão para fazer isso veio de minha experiência.
Depois que ter acontecido a acidencia de carro e sofri das consequências por muito tempo,eu pricisava mudar o trabalho e encontrei muitas pessoas que estejan sofrendo de viver e fazer muitos esforços só de trabalher normalmente.
E eu percebi que NORMAL é muito dicifil de ser. Enquanto trabalhava como normal e tinha bem saúde,eu não teria saber esse campo de saúde e as pessosas que estejan fazendo as esforços pra sobreviver.
Bem então, ontem eu visitei uma pessoa chama HOMMA, ele esta ajudando o pessoas com deficiência de mental.
Ele disse que a systema no Japão para ajudar esse tipo de pessoas é bem inperfeito,por isso que a jente que foi perceber esssas problemas tem que fazer alguma coisa.
Ele ja foi pra Usatado unidos para saber como US esteja resolvendo nessas problemas,e ele contou sobre isso.Foi muito interessante.
Vou continuar fazer as interevistas assim e vou montar un empreza un dia.

■ English This is my activity report of visiting a certain person working in field of welfare in Nagoya.
The reason why I'm doing this is coming from my bitter experience after having happened to car accident and suffered its aftereffects for years.
With its aftereffects which is called Higher Brain Dysfunction, Brain injury, I could not continue working normally nor made a good performance at all.
Then I ended up changing jobs many times to find a appropriate job and office with this aftereffects,After I've changed jobs several times finally I found out a good condition job even with this aftereffects.
In a few months I started realized that there are many people suffering from mental disorder on their own.Maybe this fact is always there and exists everywhere yet I've never been close to it.
Now I'm in this field, medical and welfare area.I think this field of Japan's stands so behind from Western Europe,US,Australia.
Yesterday I visited a person who has established his own organization in his town to help them with community. His activity philosophy is really deep and impressive.
I would like to keep visiting activists and doing this kind of interviews.
This was first visit activity report of my own.
